Hong Kong Stopover...

When planning this trip we knew we wanted to stop somewhere on the way back and decided since I've been to Singapore a few times now we would stopover in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is not just a city with great night life, amazing skyscraper architecture, fun markets and 'dim sum' but also a former London colleague of Blair's lives there so we knew we'd have a great guide to show us around - bonus!

Despite this only being half of the total return journey leg back to London it still felt long enough and we were surprised at how rather jet lagged we were, so much so that we slept through our first nights dinner meal - OPPS!

Oh well we still have another day to enjoy the tastes of Hong Kong...
