A Ride with Ben Serotta...

Today my usual Saturday morning Richmond Park Club ride had a nice twist with the introduction and thereafter ride with the American guru frame builder Ben Serotta. http://www.serotta.com/

This past week he was in town promoting their new catalogue of bikes and obviously it seemed a perfect opportunity for the club's major sponsor Cyclefit http://www.cyclefit.co.uk/ to promote his machines with a few laps around the park.

For me it was a nice warm down lap after my 50km pack ride but more importantly a good opportunity for a mate of mine Geoff to chat with Ben after he introduced these two companies six years ago.

Today Cyclefit are the UK & Europe dealers of Serotta bikes but unfortunately for me my Trek stood out like a sore thumb, but then I don't think he really cared...
