Kalavryta Arrival...

After a disrupted departure from Heathrow, followed by a quick 3 hour flight (normally 3hr50min) I arrived in Athens around early evening to find a smiley Grigoria and father waiting for me.

Although it was Thursday it seemed a number of Athenians decided to leave town a day early therefore turning what is normally a 3 hour drive into more like 4 hours but when we arrived Grigoria’s Mum welcomed us with open arms.

With sunny weather predicted for the following week it was nice to finally arrive and start our Greek Easter break after my past few busy weeks at work.
