Bank Holiday..Cambridge

The weather for the Bank holiday weekend was predicted to be atrocious, especially on Sunday and Monday (it figures, we get one day off and it rains!).


So we decided to grab our window of opportunity and go for a little day trip to Cambridge today. For a while now we wanted to explore the area as well as catch up with Grigoria’s friend George who lives there.





George was the perfect host taking us around the colleges of Cambridge. I had seen Kings College before so we visited St John’s College and it famous bridge of sighs, modelled on the famous Venetian cousin.

After that it was time for some ice cream (Grigoria insisted on that!) by the river and some punt watching as a number of novices tried to negotiate the bridges of the river Cam.

4 Year Anniversary...

It’s hard to believe that 4 years have gone by since Grigoria & I first meet, a lot has happened in that time and below are a few images taken over the years…
